The GoreBox 27 Damage System: Limbs, Organs and the Body Inspector
How the simulation actually works: per-limb hits, blood loss over time, knockouts and crawls, and reading the Body Inspector like a chart.

The damage model is the reason this game exists, so it gets its own explainer. What follows is how the system behaves in play, documented from the sessions behind GoreBox 27 APK.
Per-limb, per-organ
Characters are bodies, not bars: a skeleton, organs and a blood supply. Damage lands where the physics puts it: a leg wound changes how a character moves, blood loss accumulates over time rather than ending arguments instantly, and outcomes range across knocked out, crawling, recovered and bled out. Limbs can be severed. The environment keeps the evidence, which is why long sessions look like history.
The Body Inspector
The Inspector is the chart for all of it: vitals and organ function, readable mid-session. Checking a downed character becomes a real decision (finishing, helping, or leaving them to their odds), and in team modes it turns medics from a class into a behaviour anyone can perform.
What it changes
Aim becomes anatomy. Cover becomes material science, because penetration is simulated. And bots become characters, because an opponent who limps, panics or surrenders tells a story a health bar never could.

Quick Answers
Can characters survive being shot?
Yes: knockouts, recovery and crawling are all in the model. Survival depends on wounds and blood loss, not a coin flip.
Does the damage model apply to the player too?
Completely. Your body obeys the same rules as every bot's, which keeps everyone honest.
Why is the game rated High Maturity?
This system, depicted without flinching. It is an adults' game by design.
